The multi-purpose sports space CITY FITNESS NEXT GEN MULTI INDOOR TRAINING CENTER is the most modern gym in Rhodes. It is the first four-storey integrated multi-purpose sports space, with a squash court and climbing wall, on our island!

A space for optimal body shaping, with scientifically documented planning of the training program and the supervision and expertise of qualified trainers.

In the 4 floors of our gym, you can exercise with latest technology training equipment and participate in group training programs, such as: PowerPlate, Indoor Climbing, Personal Training, TRX - Cross Fit as well as Circuit Training Classes.

Moreover, there are Multi Aerobics, Electrostimulation, Sport - specific training classes, Squash, Zumba - Yoga - Pilates, Personal training, Passive Gymnastics sessions and other specialized training programs.

There is also a climbing wall!

At our premises you will, also, find the Green Project Health Food & Cafe, where you can offer to your body what it really needs, that is food of high nutritional value, full of vitamins and antioxidants.
