The personalization is achieved by medical and dietary history, body composition analysis (Tanita MC-980) and RMR.

Aditionally, the personalization is achieved by recording physical activity, measuring VO2 max (cardiorespiratory endurance test) and measurement of oxidative stress and antioxidant capacity.
