ESTIA - KYRIAKOPOULOU AGGELIKI is a building and apartment building management company in Patra and undertakes the full management of buildings (Shared Maintenance Expense), which includes the technical control and maintenance of the building. ESTIA, with the use of its software, which is operated by its specialized personnel and which is installed on high-end computers, issues shared utility bills and takes care of the allocation of the shared expenses of the apartment building, based on proportional calculation, as well as the heating diesel or natural gas expenses to each apartment; it, also, takes care of the book-keeping of ΙΚΑ (Greek Social Security Fund) accounts of the apartment building, as well as the economic and accounting monitoring and updating of apartment owners and tenants.

ESTIA is responsible for: the collection of shared utility bill payments, the supply of heating diesel in time and the control of its delivery.

It is, also, responsible for the payment of shared utility expenses to third parties (PPC (Public Power Corporation), DEYAP (Public Water Supply and Drainage Company), cleaner, elevator maintenance etc.), as well as for the care for basic security (keys, fire extinguishers, insurance).

The company, also, takes care of the aesthetics (ornamental plants, mirror, notice board) of common spaces, by proceeding immediately to the necessary actions.
