TSIRTSIDOU V. ZACHAROULA

Mrs TSIRTSIDOU V ZACHAROULA has been an active Lawyer in Alexandroupoli since 1995. She is a Greek State Council and Greek Supreme Court attorney, an alumna of AUTH department of Law and an LL.M master's degree holder (public law) from Heidelberg University, having lived and worked in Germany for many years.

Her professional activity is characterised by her meticulous organisational skills, honesty, consistency and commitment to legal science. The office covers a whole range of cases, at any level of difficulty, promptly and effectively, with a view to promoting the interests of the customer, through a developed network of associates in Greece and Germany.

She is an elected President of the Board of Administration of the Bar Association of Alexandroupolis. She is also an accredited mediator by the Ministry of Justice, certified trainer of mediators (Toolkit Company Holland) and a member of the Board of Administration of the Institute for the Training of Mediators in Alexandroupolis.

She has attended seminars on banking law (loan claims in Swiss francs), banking arbitration, over-indebted households, as well as negotiation seminars, aiming at the efficient judicial or extra-judicial settlement of cases. Her area of expertise covers Civil, Family (Divorce - Alimony cases), Commercial (Corporations - Contracts), Penal (Traffic Accidents, etc.), Medical and Tax Law.

Finally, she undertakes official translations and has extensive experience in German pensions.
