The NIPIAKOS KIPOS - PROTYPO PAIDIKO KENTRO (Innovative Childcare Center - Day Care Center), which has been based in Neo Rysio since it opened 30 years ago, cares for dozens of children. It makes sure that their days are filled with countless experiences which leave them with unique and unforgettable happy moments.

The nursery is in privately-owned facilities which cover 1,500 sq.m., which meet all EC specifications and which were specially built to house a nursery and childcare centre (licensed by the Ministry of Education). Here, we offer our small friends the knowledge they need along with hours of fun-filled and creative activities.

The school uses collaborative learning programmes, environmental & drama education, health education, oral and written language, mathematics & natural sciences, intercultural & interdisciplinary education programmes and innovative pedagogical approaches based on the Interdisciplinary Common Curriculum Framework. Our aim is to provide a preschool education which is democratic, balanced, modern, realistic and creative, as we accept that each child is a creative individual who is part of a group - the school class.

Our goals are informed by love, human nature and science. For us, children are not spectators, but rather are active participants in the educational process. We are consistent and accountable, and we turn our many years’ experience into a valuable resource which allows us to make our visions into realities.
