The clinic NOSOKOMEIO ZOON ATHINON SA, in Pikermi, is a model veterinary clinic and a technologically advanced unit, staffed by a group of veterinarians and a large number of associates, who apply, with consistency and love for the animals, modern diagnostic methods and surgery techniques.

It operates 24hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays, it has an ambulance and accepts all emergency cases from all of Attica and the province. It has an organized microbiology laboratory, which covers immediately all the needs of the hospitalized animals 24hours a day, as well as microbiological tests of fellow veterinarians and individuals.

It, also, has the unique in Greece open-type MRI scanner, especially for small animals and horses. The examination is performed by a specialized staff, the diagnosis is made by a doctor who was specialized abroad and the results are provided in digital form.

There is, also, a high standard X-ray device and a digital X-ray system, which offers the opportunity of image processing and of a more accurate diagnosis.

The modern ultrasound device, which is operated by a specialized associate veterinarian, offers the opportunity of examining most of the internal organs of the treated animal and obtaining a targeted biopsy, when it is clinically indicated. In the two, fully equipped, operating rooms are performed all types of surgeries.

Our hospital has 40 hospitalization cages and specialized intensive care cages with oxygen supply.
