EMMANOUIL BRILAKIS ORTHOPAEDICS

The orthopaedist - orthopaedic specialist, sports doctor Brilakis Emmanouil, who operates the private practice EMMANOUIL BRILAKIS ORTHOPAEDICS in Paleo Faliro, was born and grew up in Piraeus.

He graduated from the Multidisciplinary High School of Piraeus and is a graduate of the Department of Radiology of the Technical Education Institution of Athens and of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He worked as an intern, at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens, where he was trained in the entire range of orthopedics and traumatology and in particular in arthroscopy and total knee-hip replacement.

At the same time, he was trained in microsurgery, and he worked for more than a year at the “P. & A. Kyriakou” Children’s Hospital. He was specialized in knee and shoulder arthroscopy, having worked close to the leading Greek and foreign arthroscopy specialists of our time.

The aim of the private practice is to provide high quality services to patients with, acute or chronic, orthopedic problems, with respect to the man who is in pain, and being aware of the hardships and requirements of today. The provided services regard people of all ages, sportsmen or simple ordinary people.

He has collaborated with the Athens Medical Group, Hygeia Hospital, Iaso General Hospital, Panionios Sports Club - Women’s Basketball Department and Olympiakos Piraeus - Women’s Basketball Department.
