Dr Karagiannis Andreas provides his services, as orthopedic surgeon - orthopaedic specialist, at Rhodes Medical Care (KRITO) polyclinic, since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Athens, completed his specialty training at the University of Crete and, at the same time, is a scientific partner of Euromedica General Clinic of the Dodecanese.
He deals with sports injuries of the knee-ankle, disorders of the lower limbs, such as hallux valgus-bunion (with minimally invasive surgery) and metatarsalgia. He undertakes the treatment of conditions related to diabetic foot, neurological foot, rheumatoid foot, flat feet in adolescents and adults and reconstructive surgery. In Achilles tendinitis, the treatment is performed with the use of shockwave (member of ISMST since 2005), as well as autologous growth factors (PRP).
He also specializes in lumbar sciatica - neck pain, osteoporosis and scoliosis.
He is a partner of many foreign insurance companies and experts in insurance companies in Greece.
