The Engineering and Construction Company PAPADOPOULOS GEORGIOS & SIA OE, which was legally established in 1975 by Charalambos Papadopoulos, is based in Lefkada and has as business scope the undertaking and implementation of private engineering projects.

After twenty years of presence, in 1998, the range of its works expanded to the construction and sale of apartments, also, and in 2006, the second generation, the successors of the company’s founder, began being engaged in its activities, that have expanded to the sectors of construction of self-financed projects and the sale of real estate of high engineering quality and aesthetics, with investments in the acquisition of land lots or with the land-for-apartment exchange system.

Papadopoulos Construction Company, with the name PAPADOPOULOS GEORGIOS & SIA OE General Partnership, is active in the construction and sale of residential complexes.

As a construction company, it provides integrated proposals and solutions that will meet your needs regarding the design & supervision of the building, construction or renovation of a residence or professional space.

At the same time, as an engineering company, it undertakes: the issuance of building permits, topographical charts, energy efficiency certificates, as well as the legal arrangement of arbitrary constructions, engineering certificates, the issuance of operation licenses by GTO (the Greek Tourism Organization), architectural surveys, land-for-apartment exchange contracts etc.
