This is a very well thought out and orgainzed museum. Came here after visiting Knossos ruins to view the arifacts that came from there. Reasonably priced and not over crowded. Littel cafe on site.

This is a mandatory visit to complement the Knossos palace, as it will host baby artifacts originally present in the palace and similar archeological sites. Cheap entrance 6€ om Jan 2024, friendly staff...

Incredibly disappointing! I travelled from Australia to Greece to see important ancient archaeological sites and artifacts. I came especially to Crete to see Knossos and the artifacts (AND FRESCOES!)...

Very well organized museum, with good explanations and interpretations. I had a very good grasp of the ancient people of Crete after going through this museum, and was so impressed with their technology...
