RADIO TAXI ARTAS

The taxi company RADIO TAXI ARTAS which is based in Vlaherna, Arta, was founded in 1988 and has been a favourite with the travelling public for all these years. When it was first established there were 15 cars in the Radio taxi fleet, and every year since then new colleagues have joined the network.

We now have a fleet of 86 taxis which are equipped with the latest technology, and our aim is to consistently improve and upgrade the taxi services we provide to the travelling public.

Our call center is equipped with the latest technology when it comes to both programmes and infrastructure and is always up to date with the latest equipment and software. The center is capable of receiving more than 3,500 calls per day and is staffed with experienced call-handlers who are waiting to give you the help you need 24 hours a day.

We are ready to take you wherever you want, and with our many years of experience we can offer you a carefree and pleasant journey to your destination. We always provide a reliable and safe service and ensure you travel in comfort.

We provide transport services for the elderly, the disabled and the sick, and we give them all possible assistance during the journey. For these services we use a special nine (9) seater vehicle which can accommodate up to two wheelchairs as it has a special wheelchair access ramp.

Our goal is not simply to provide transport, but also to provide everyone with an excellent service.

As part of planning and scheduling your trip, call us the previous day from 8:00 to 20:00 to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

In the event of an emergency do not hesitate to call us immediately, even outside the above hours.

As we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can give you any kind of appointment that suits you. We can provide safe and reliable transport for you 24 hours a day and are ready to take you to you destinations both inside and outside the Prefecture of Arta.

Classic appointment: With the classic appointment you can call our call center and book a taxi for any day and time you wish.

Weekly appointment: If you need a taxi on a specific day each week, all you need to do is call once a week and confirm next week's appointment.

If you want to cancel an appointment, please inform our call center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

We can take your children to and from school, to their extracurricular activities, and even to wherever they are going to relax and have fun. We have special child seats which we use to ensure your children travel safely. All of our drivers are experienced and reputable and will provide safe and reliable transport for your children.

We can also safely transport small items, parcels, orders or any other item you request as an unaccompanied load in the shortest possible time, either inside or outside the Prefecture of Arta.

VIP customers can also hire a luxury vehicle at a pre-agreed cost and at the most competitive prices. All the luxury vehicles in our fleet, which includes Mercedes and Audis, have all modern comforts and ensure that you can travel safely and in comfort.
