Since 1963, the company MARTOS NIKOLAOS - PAGGAIO in Eleftheroupoli has been offering its customers the very best quality cheese products and dairy products.

The company has stayed true to its founder's philosophy of making traditional high-quality, tasty products made from fresh milk, without preservatives and additives. At Paggaio Dairy we are focused on producing pure, high-quality, traditional, cheese and dairy products in our modern facilities. We are proud that our products are unmatched in quality and taste, without the use of additives or preservatives.

Our milk is collected daily, exclusively from producers in the wider area of the Pangaion Hills and the outskirts of Drama and Serres.

In 2003 we implemented IS0 9001 and HACCP quality systems and carried out extensive modernization of the electromechanical facilities and building infrastructure. This has continually been updated since then so that the company can continue to produce healthy products that are safe for consumers following traditional recipes and using our exceptionally high quality main raw material, fresh milk.

Our staff are trained regularly so that they can do the best possible job conscientiously and with great care and love, with checks in place at every stage of production. Modernising our facilities and equipment is an ongoing job as this is the only long-term way to deliver tasty, healthy and safe products to our consumers.
