NEFER

The nutritionist - dietitian, Olympia Vlaserou, has an office in the NEFER - Vlaserou Olympia beauty and slimming centre in Ilioupoli. She graduated from the 'Department of Dietetics and Nutritional Science' at Harokopio University in 2011 and since then she has been working professionally as a dietician.

For her dissertation she participated in the MEDIS (Mediterranean Islands Study) epidemiological study, and her research topic was 'Drinking Beverages and BMI in Old Age'. During her internship she worked with the “General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas' and 'Alexandra General Hospital'.

She has an office in the Nefer beauty and slimming centre in Ilioupoli and also works with other beauty centres. The Nefer beauty centre is a family run business, with 40 years’ experience, in Ilioupoli. She has also worked as an independent partner in gyms in Athens such as ‘Holmes Place’.

She often gives voluntary talks at kindergartens and schools and has been a member of the local Municipality of Argyroupolis team working on the international programme 'ΠΑΙΔΕΙΑΤΡΟΦΗ by EPODE”.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists (ΠΣΔΔ) and the Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Greece (ΕΔΔΕ).

She is a certified professional in eating disorders as she has been granted the title Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Greek Centre for Education & Treatment of Eating Disorders (ΚΕΑΔΔ).
