TZINIERIS G. NIKOLAOS

TZINIERIS G NIKOLAOS is an orthopaedic specialist in Athens. Dr. Gianieris Nikolaos was born in Athens and graduated from the Athens University of Experimental Medicine. He received his degree from the Medical School of Athens and then completed his tenure as a rural doctor in his place of origin in Arcadia. He served as a Doctor at the Navy and then he started his specialty as Orthopedic Surgeon in 2003 at the KAT Hospital, where he received his title in 2008. During his specialization, he was also trained at the University Hospital Hôpital Orthopédique in Lausanne. He was recruited as Co-Editor B 'at the Hand and Upper Limb Clinic and Microsurgery Clinic of the KAT, under the direction of Dr. N. Gerostopoulos.

He has specialized in Upper Extremity Surgery and Spinal Surgery at the Lausanne University Hospital in Switzerland and served as Curator at the Longeraie Lausanne University Clinic of Upper Extremity and Microsurgery at the CH8 Geneva Clinic, while he was also working in large private Nursing Centers of French-speaking Switzerland.

After returning to Greece, he collaborated again with his mentor Dr N. Gerostopoulos and created the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of Henry Dunant Hospital with a remarkable team of experienced and respected collaborators. He, also, maintains a personal clinic at Mavili Square in Athens, while continues to collaborate with Swiss surgical centers.

During his career, he has held numerous speeches and announcements in Greek and international conferences and is also a trainer in postgraduate seminars. He holds a postgraduate degree, has a number of publications and is a member of the Swiss Society of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Swiss Medical Association, American Association for Hand Surgery - AAHS and the American Society of Spinal Cord Surgery.

He is a father of two children and married to plastic surgeon Evelyn Betsi.
