MANOUSOS TRIANTAFYLLOS

The pathologist Manousos Triantafyllos operates his private medical office in Nea Erythrea.

He was born in Nafplio, Argolida in 1976. He completed his studies at the Medical School of the University of Bucharest, Romania. Subsequently, he completed his specialization training in Internal Medicine at “KAT” General Hospital of Attica, where he was specialized in a multitude of urgent and chronic internal medicine cases. He is now a registrar of the Department of Internal Medicine of the company CrossBorderMedCare (department of international patients of the Bioiatriki Healthcare Group - March 2017) and operates a private general practitioner’s medical office at the medical offices complex “Doctors Plus” in Nea Erythrea, Attica.

He is an external associate of the private hospitals “Athens Bioclinic”, “Attiko Therapeytirio” and a scientific fellow of the Department of Diabetes of “KAT” General Hospital of Attica. He has attended a wide range of training programs, such as the postgraduate training program in Prehospital Emergency Medical Care (National Emergency Aid Center -ΕΚΑΒ 2015) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support 2014).

He has participated in presentations, announcements and lectures in Greek and international conferences. He is an active member of the Athens Medical Association and of the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Cardiovascular Diseases.

The purpose of the operation of his general practitioner’s medical office is, firstly, the provision of high quality medical services in the context of an holistic care standard, being focused on the needs of patients.

Medical office services: The doctor receives patients privately at his medical office, however he is certified for e-prescriptions of medicines and examinations, through EOPYY (the Hellenic National Health Services Organization). There is, also, the opportunity of issuing health certificates to adults and children, for the renewal of driver’s licenses and for firearms licenses.

Programmed visits at home are also performed with the possibility of performing medical actions (electrocardiogram, placement of catheters, suction of secretions), clinical examination, oximetry, for the comprehensive monitoring of patients at their space in chronic, as well as urgent cases.
