ORASI - OFTHALMOLOGIKI MONADA IMERISIAS NOSILEIAS (ONE-DAY OPHTHALMOLOGY CLINIC) in Trikala, which is staffed by experienced ophthalmologists (oculists), is the most modern and complete eye clinic in Thessaly.

The doctors:

Gerodimos Georgios M.D, F.I.C.O. was born in the city of Kalabaka. He studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Subsequently he was specialized in Eye Surgery at the General Hospital of Larisa and at the University Hospital of Rio, Patras.

Papathomas Thomas was specialized in Ophthalmology at the General Hospital of Trikala and at Papageorgiou University Hospital in Thessaloniki. Subsequently, he was specialized in retinal pathology and surgery, as well as in cataract surgery for several years in some of the best University Hospitals of the United Kingdom.

Antonis Metaxiotis was born in Trikala, in 1974. He is married and has two children. He graduated from the Medical School with Honors and was specialized in Ophthalmology in Athens, at the Thriasio and Erythros Stavros (Red Cross) Hospitals. He was awarded the degree of ophthalmology after passing the respective examinations with Honors, and he holds a FEBO (European Board of Ophthalmology) diploma.
