TECHNITOR - CHATZIGIAKOUMIS - KARPOUZIS

The engineering - supervising - construction company - technical contractors“CHATZIGIAKOUMIS - KARPOUZIS” General Partnership, with the distinctive title TECHNITOR - CHATZIGIAKOUMIS - KARPOUZIS, was founded by the civil engineer Vasilis Emmanouil Hatzigiakoumis in 1977 in Kos. During its operation, the company collaborated with engineers of all specialties.

In 1998, the company was expanded with the participation of the civil engineer Stefanos Andr. Karpouzis. In 2014, Vasilis Hatzigiakoumis left the company due to retirement, remaining however an external partner of the company, and Michalis Vasil. Hatzigiakoumis joined the company.

In the more than forty years that the company operates, it engaged in the study, supervision and construction of all types of buildings, such as residences, luxury homes, villas, apartment buildings, while it also undertakes projects regarding all types of shops, department stores, supermarkets and commercial warehouses.

In the sector of tourism, it has built 5* hotels, 4* hotels and 3* hotels, as well as tourist residences.

The company also undertakes the construction of industrial buildings, oil mills, carpentry workshops, aluminum workshops, gas stations, agricultural warehouses, as well as cattle sheds, pigsties and sheepfolds.

The fact that the company engaged in the fields that have been briefly mentioned, has offered a vast experience and detailed knowledge to our office, regarding the planning and implementation of investments, from the phase of the “bare” plot to obtaining the license to operate an activity, after the completion of the investment.

TECHNITOR also undertakes the management of any construction project (organization, planning, supervision, measurements, accounts).
