Our oil presses SIGRI OLIVE MILL are located in Sigri, Lesvos

What makes us unique is the linear production with predefined parameters for the quality, the variety, and the degree of the ripeness of the olive.

We maintain a controlled temperature at all stages of production, minimizing water use, so that the polyphenols and other beneficial components of olive oil are preserved.

Our vertical production starts from the olive trees of the estate, goes straight to the olive mill and the production stage, and then moves to the bottling facilities, and eventually ends up in the storage and standardization of the olive oil.

We also undertake the management of logistics and the final promotion/marketing of our products.

Of course, our mill is open to other producers who want to make olive oil.

In the estate where our olive mill is located, there are 12 varieties of olives with trees up to 14 years old. For their growth, we used natural methods of fertilization, with Poseidonia seaweed compost from the shore, manure, and branches from the pruning of trees.

We have planted a total of more than 40,000 olive trees and 20,000 other species of trees and plants. With this unique innovation we have created conditions that help the biodiversity of the area, with many flowers, trees, insects, birds, and mammals growing and reproducing in this earthly paradise in an environment of abundance.
