The endocrinologist MATSIKA K OLGA MARIA Dr operates a medical office at the center of Kalamaria.

She is a graduate of the Medical School of Johann Wolfgang Goethe University of Frankfurt/Main, Germany. As an undergraduate, she was trained at the Department of Pediatric Endocrinology of the University of Cardiff, Wales, in Great Britain.

She completed her five-year clinical training at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of Frankfurt, where she received her specialization title in Pediatrics. She attended a further three-year specialization training in a salaried position in the sector of pediatric and adolescent endocrinology and diabetology, being responsible for endocrinology cases of the various pediatric sectors, such as neonatology, intensive care unit for children, etc., as well as the respective outpatient ward of the clinic. There, she received the subspecialty in “pediatric and adolescent endocrinology” of the higher medical institutions of Germany.

Dr. Olga Maria Matsika was subsequently appointed, chief registrar of pediatric endocrinology at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of Frankfurt, where she worked until the start of her parental leave.

After her return, she was appointed as supervising pediatric endocrinology specialist of the Pediatric Polyclinic and Pediatric Clinic of the General Regional Hospital of Gelnhausen, Germany.

Throughout her medical specialization training and her specialization in pediatric endocrinology, she attended and participated actively in many medical congresses and accredited seminars of the specialized pediatric endocrinology societies and other societies, in Greece, Germany (JAPED), Europe (ESPE) and America (PES).

At the end of 2017, she returned to Greece, where she operates, since 2018, a private medical office of modern endocrinology for infants, children & adolescents.

The main goal of the doctor is the personal and special approach of children and adolescents. To this end contributes the spacious, fully equipped environment of the medical office, which was designed based on high European standards, and is friendly to children and adolescents.
