CHRYSSIS VILLAGE (rooms to let - apartments) is a newly built tourist accommodation unit which was completed in 2023 and is located in Nea Potidea, Halkidiki.

It consists of five spacious two-storey maisonettes, one of which is designed for people with special needs. The ground floor has a living-dining room, a fitted kitchen, and all the necessary equipment such as a microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining table with four chairs, 55” TV with satellite dish, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed, bathroom-WC, independent A/C.

The units have a through-breeze from the front to the back, and huge balconies where guests can sit for as long as they want and enjoy the views of the natural surroundings. There are tables and seats on both balconies, and free wifi is also available.

There is an internal marble staircase which will take you to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a king size bed, night lighting, a double wardrobe, independent A/C and a balcony overlooking the Toroneos Gulf and Sithonia. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds, a double wardrobe, night lighting, a large bathroom-wc and a separate A/C, and a balcony with an endless view of nature.

The units have an outdoor area which is entered through a remote-control sliding gate and has eight parking spaces, cctv, a shower, a playground and plenty space for children to play, and a barbecue you can use to cook your own meals.

The best beach in Toroneos is about 350m from the property.

Thermaikos beach is approx 360m away (you can use the overpass in front of the property).
