Already, today, the fourth generation of the Symeonidis family has expanded the company’s gastronomic horizons, as it has now begun to produce sauces as well as sausages. The company markets a complete range of sausages.

The owner himself personally supervises production and specialist veterinarians oversee all processes, while regular microbiological checks are carried out and the company complies strictly with hygiene and safety rules in accordance with ISO 22000:2005.
