The DIAMETROS with plumbing supplies was founded in 1983 by Nikolaos Karagiannis in Rethymnon.

The purpose of the business was the provision of various plumbing items in services, such as in hotel units, businesses, homes, but also plumbing installations, the study and installation of heating, the study, design and construction of swimming pools, also other services such as batteries, sanitary items ,water filters.

Also important was the company's involvement in wholesale trade with large imports from abroad. The high specialization, the perfect organization as well as the excellent knowledge and experience led several companies and not only to trust us.

Some of our clients are GRECOTEL with participation in the construction of some of the most modern and luxurious hotel units throughout Greece, the Greek public sector (airports, sewage systems, biological purification plants) as well as many private individuals.

In 2018, the business was transformed from a sole proprietorship into a company with the entry of the nephew of Nikolaos Karagiannis, Marinos Apiranthitis. The entry of the new generation into the company undertakes to continue offering the same high level of service with the same professionalism and guided by excellent know-how.

In 2021, Nikolaos Karagiannis and Marinos Apiranthitis, seeing the needs of the market, decide to create an innovative plumbing store in Rethymnon, Crete, with a wide range of ready-to-deliver and not only products.
