The technical contractors 'BELENIOTIS' with the current name BSBB in Heraklion, started operating in 1979 under the responsibility of Iraklis Beleniotis and the first projects it carried out mainly concerned mechanical works (hydraulic -electrical installations, air conditioning, fire safety, swimming pool constructions) until 1996 where, taking into account the demands of our customers and following the needs of the time, we decided to completely redefine our object by reorganizing and expanding the scope of our services.

We created direct partnerships within the company with civil engineers - mechanical engineers by entering the market of integrated construction of houses, shops, hotels (renovations, maintenance from construction to complete construction of a project).

In 2007, Mr. Iraklis Beleniotis retired and Mr. Petros Beleniotis took over the reins of the business, continuing the development at even higher levels. In 2014, the company was renamed to BSbB, now undertaking, in addition to Concrete, Composite and Precast constructions.

Building Solutions by Beleniotis, a company of engineering and construction works, has its starting point in Crete with projects all over Greece.

We undertake: breakdowns, maintenance, renovations, constructions.

Regarding building maintenance, the procedure followed is as follows:

An on-site visit is made to the project by experienced engineers of our company in which the existing equipment and their maintenance needs are recorded, there is a discussion with the customer to determine the needs, the schedule of maintenance visits, etc., drawing up an annual preventive maintenance program of the mechanical equipment of the building, drawing up forms with the tasks to be performed per maintenance (these forms are filled out by the technicians at each visit and communicated to the person in charge appointed by the customer so that there is control of the process) and setting time limits for intervention in case of corrective maintenance.

Also, corrective maintenance & damage repair operations are usually divided into three categories:

Immediate emergency interventions in case the damage affects the operation of the building (eg. loss of power supply, complete loss of lighting) - usually the response time for immediate emergency interventions is within two hours of the call.

Equipment repair operations when the damage does not directly affect the operation of the building with a response time of the next working day.

Execution of new installations or changes to existing installations. In this case, a financial offer is given first, in which the time of execution of the work is specified.
