Tziotis Ermis, owner of ERMIS THERAPY - THERAPY GYM in Heraklion, is a physical therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist.

My therapy philosophy is based on using my hands as an assessment and treatment tool. I graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy of ATEI Thessaloniki and continued my professional training with modern methods of physiotherapy, osteopathy and acupuncture. With years of experience in musculoskeletal physical therapy, chiropractic and exercise therapy, I always strive to be at the forefront of my science.

My passion for the subject and my dedication to the person lead me to continuous training and improvement, in order to offer the most modern and effective treatment methods. The healing process is essentially an interaction between the patient and the therapist, aimed at strengthening the body's natural self-healing mechanisms and restoring internal balance. My approach is individualized, based on each person's needs and deficits, rather than simply the nature of the condition or injury. I strongly believe in active therapies, in which the patient actively participates with movements and exercises, as these have better, more immediate and long-term results than passive methods.

The first visit is crucial as it is the basis for building a relationship of trust. During it, I gather information through history and assessment, and create a targeted treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

Therapeutic exercise: Exercise is an important part of rehabilitation. At Ermis Therapy, we design personalized therapeutic exercise programs to enhance the body's mobility, strength and functionality, contributing to long-term health improvement.
