MITRAKOPOULOU VASILIKI

Vasiliki Mitrakopoulou is a psychologist who is based in Patras. She is a graduate of the Department of Psychology, Panteion University, Athens and has a license to practiced issued by the Prefecture of Patras.

She studied cognitive psychotherapy at the Cognitive Psychotherapy Unit of the Hellenic Centre for Mental Health and Research in Patras. She is a coordinator for parent groups and works with the Panhellenic Parent Education Groups’ Association. She also attended a two-year training program on integrated somatic emotional release therapy and personal development at the Centre for Non-Directional Psychology in Patras.

She specializes in providing therapy and counselling for anxiety, depression, panic attacks and phobias, as well as providing psychosocial support to patients with chronic diseases. In addition, she specializes in interpersonal relationships, personal development, adolescent and family counselling and parent groups.

She is a research associate in private institutions in Patras and writes articles for magazines and the press in general. She always keeps up to date on developments in psychology and psychiatry by attending seminars and training programs.

Her office is in the centre of Patras with easy access and ample parking.
