STRAVOPODI ZOI

Stravopodi Zoi is a psychologist and family counsellor who provides individual and group psychotherapy, couples therapy and parent counselling in her office in Kifisia.

The practice also runs a parent school, a place where parents can meet and find help and a psychological approach on issues related to their children’s healthy psycho-emotional development. Groups have between 8 and 10 members and the sessions take place every week, for 1½ hour.

Zoi Stravopodi has a degree in psychology from Teesside University and a master's degree in communication management from London Guildhall University.

She works in many areas of psychotherapy which are of interest to everyone including: personal development, self-knowledge, self-esteem and setting and achieving goals.

Among other issues she focuses on are the acceptance and encouragement of change, the mobilisation and utilisation of personnel potential, professional orientation and interpersonal difficulties.

She also works with relationship problems, problems with communication and family problems (such as conflict management in sexual disorders, infidelity), as well as mental health disorders, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and phobias.

She specialises in psychosomatic problems, aggression, abuse, addiction, crisis management, divorce, mourning, illness and serious financial problems.

At the same time, she can provide solutions for issues related to behavioural problems, school performance and bullying.

Finally, she also helps clients to deal with issues such as jealousy, sleep and eating difficulties, boundaries and discipline, adolescence, internet use, mixed families and problems with adult children.
