ROYAL FITNESS PILATES BY VASSILIKI is a new gym in Patra city centre which has arrived to offer quality fitness training. Come and join us in a modern, bright, state of the art gym which has experienced staff who are qualified physical education teachers.
We have a wide variety of programmes and, with these, you will feel a real difference in your health and get the “new” body you are looking for.
There are many exercises to choose from: Pilates reformer, Pilates props, TRX (muscle strengthening suspension training belts) and group classes such as pilates, yoga, zumba, cardio, fitness & fit balls.
The gym also provides personal and group personal (2-3 people) training, injury recovery programmes and programmes for neck, back and spine problems.
The gym runs programmes which are designed taking into account personal needs and goals, and are aimed at specific groups in the population (pregnant women, seniors, athletes).
Programme manager: Vassiliki Tsintoni, physical education teacher, MSc in prevention - intervention - rehabilitation.
