PSYCHIASIS - SKALTSOGIANNI SISSY therapy centre provides psychology services in Ioannina.

Sissy Skaltsogianni is a qualified psychologist. She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, continued her postgraduate studies in applied child psychology (Nottingham Trent University, UK) and completed her internship at the Hippocrates Hospital of Thessaloniki (Laboratory of Developmental Paediatrics). She has also worked as a contract psychologist at the 2nd Special Experimental Primary School in Ioannina. Afterwards, she worked with the speech therapist Evangelia Soupi, where she was part of a team which evaluated and provided intervention in cases of learning difficulties, developmental disorders and speech disorders. She also worked with family counselling, parenting groups and group therapy programmes through play therapy.

She is currently running her own therapy centre (Psychiasis) and also has a working collaboration with speech therapist Spyridoula Kypritzoglou.

At the same time, she has completed training in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy (General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice-Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the Hypnotherapy Standard Council.)

She offers adult psychotherapy, child and adolescent psychotherapy, and parent and family counselling.

She also treats learning difficulties, developmental disorders, and behavioural disorders.
