PETERSON'S GROUP

Peterson's Group is a technical company (technical contractors) based in Argostoli, Kefalonia.

The company undertakes the design and construction of private projects such as residences, business premises and shops. At the same time, it specializes in real estate and housing sales.

Peterson’s Group was founded in 2008 to study and manufacture high quality and aesthetics projects. With always respect for the environment, the company is looking for innovative solutions and applying modern technology and materials to deliver the best result in its projects with resource and time savings.

The aim of our team is the functionality and aesthetic quality of the produced space, the originality of the solutions and the perfect solution of the technical details.

The founder of the company is Stavros Travlos, a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Patras. He has been an engineer on the island of Kefalonia since 1997. From 2004 to 2007, he was founder and member of TFP Constructions, where he participated in the study and construction of numerous projects in the wider region of Kefalonia and Ithaca. Since 2008, with his professional activity as a mechanic, he is also engaged in motorsport and is a founding member of Peterson's Racing Cars. Finally, since 2010, Stavros Travlos is president of TEE of Kefalonia and Ithaca.

Our office undertakes entirely activities related to architectural studies, building permits, energy certificates, building renovations and restorations and construction supervision.

It provides consultancy services for engineers, settlement of arbitrary by law 4014/2011, real estate - sales and economical studies.

It undertakes real estate appraisal and 3D visualizations - photorealisations.
