The engineering office TOPOSYNTHESIS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS, which is based in Athens, provides services throughout Greece, undertaking a wide range of surveyor services (Topographers), and at the same time cooperates with experienced engineers with different specializations, such as civil engineers, mechanical engineers & architects, with a distinguished course in the sector.

More particularly, it undertakes the preparation of survey plans and applications, having the experience, expertise and appropriate equipment. Moreover, it undertakes cases that are related with the Hellenic Cadastre - Spatial changes, as well as with the Forest Services - Objections.

It operates under the management of Maria - Elsi Metaxa, an agronomist - surveyor who graduated from the National Technical University of Athens, who is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Reg. No. 67021) since 1994, and holds a Master of Business Administration MBA of the Kingston University of London (2003).

It is located at “COSMOS” shopping center, 125-127 Kifissias Avenue, in privately owned offices, near the location “Girokomeio”, at Ampelokipi, Athens, close to the “Panormou” metro station, with an underground car parking space, for easy access.

It undertakes surveying projects, such as: survey plans according to the Hellenic Geodetic Reference System 1987, corrective implementation deeds, buildability, delimitation of the beach and seashore, of land lots or parcels.

Moreover, it undertakes engineering projects (road constructions, buildings, excavations etc.), the tracing of the details of the implementation of an urban planning study, such as the coordinates of the apices of the new land lots that occur, of roads, streams and other elements of the study.

Our office, among others, undertakes the localization, demarcation, division - combination of properties, the establishment of horizontal & vertical ownership. Moreover, it also undertakes the preparation of declarations of ownership to the Hellenic Cadastre, corrections, spatial changes, objections to forest maps, the photo interpretation - photogrammetry of aerial photos.

At the same time, it issues building permits - authorizations and it undertakes the arrangement and legalization of arbitrary constructions, the issuing of engineering certificates for use in contracts, and, finally, it performs environmental studies.
