Information has power and it can boost your business:
• Everyone: the visitors of xo.gr, but also the professionals who wish to evaluate another professional. Note though, that a negative review to a fellow professional may be considered as unfair competition and not get approved
• Register at xo.gr by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the page and create an account
• Visit the profiles of companies you know personally and submit your review by clicking on "Login and review this business"
• In the section "Reviews" in your account, see the companies that you recently visited on xo.gr and evaluate the ones you know personally
• You can submit a unique review to each company, as long as you are not the owner
• You will be informed via email when the review appears on xo.gr, but also in case it is not accepted you will know why this happened, so that you can submit your review again.
• You will be notified via email when the business manager responds

• The reviews are available for all companies and professionals, of all categories at xo.gr. The objective is the best service for the user and they are an integral part of xo.gr

• In the "Response to reviews" section in your account, see the reviews your business has received and reply to each one

Remember, reporting is serious and should not be abused simply because you disagree with an assessment or an answer. If your report is deemed valid, the review or the answer will be excluded from the profile of the company, otherwise it will continue to be live, without the obligation of Chrysos Odigos SA. to inform you or respond to it.
• Processing reviews and responses takes 1 to 5 days, unless it is a period with a large volume of incoming reviews, in which case you may need to wait a little longer.
